12 Joseph provided for his father, his brothers, and all the family of his father, as much bread as was needed for each person.

13 Joseph’s Administration.[a] Now there was no bread in the whole land, for the famine was very severe. The land of Egypt and the land of Canaan wasted away because of the famine. 14 Joseph collected all the money there was in the land of Egypt and in the land of Canaan for the grain that they were buying. Joseph sent this money to Pharaoh.
